Payment & Cancellation Policy

1Quote validity

Every authorized quote is valid for 20 calendar days from the date it's sent. After that period, pricing and date availability may be updated.

2Holding your date

The event date is confirmed with a deposit of 20% of the total value of the authorized quote. The reservation is locked in as soon as that payment is received.

3Payment schedule

The remaining balance must be fully paid 1 week before the event date.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, or cash.
• Please send the details required for correct invoicing.

4Guest count confirmation

The final guest count must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the event date, since catering and logistics are planned around this number. Reductions requested after this date are not refunded.

5Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, a penalty of 20% of the total value of the authorized quote applies.

• If deposits paid exceed that 20%, the remaining amount is refunded within 15 business days of the written cancellation request.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was received.

6Rescheduling

Your event is 100% reschedulable if the original date doesn't work, with no penalty, subject to:

• At least 20 days' notice before the original date (except in cases of force majeure).
• The new date must take place within 6 months of the original date.
• Rescheduling is available up to 2 times, subject to date availability.
• If the new date falls in a season with different pricing, the price difference is adjusted accordingly.

7Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond either party's control (extreme weather, natural disasters, or government orders), the event is rescheduled with no penalty and no minimum notice requirement.

8How to request it

Every cancellation or reschedule request must be submitted in writing to our authorized email address and phone numbers, to keep a record. The timelines in this policy run from the date of that request.
